Generalist hacker* with extensive tech and business experience and scientific mindset. Always on a quest to learn interesting new technologies and work with ambitious entrepreneurs.
Technical experience: during past 10 years in the industry (7 of them at Skype) I've been in almost every technical role imaginable - started as Systems Administrator, continued as Developer, then went on to become DBA and finally consulted as Database Architect. I'm now concentrating on development work.
Business experience: worked with almost all kinds of organisations - academia, start-up, enterprise, private equity LBO, mega-corporation that is Microsoft and even one company in bankruptcy reorganization. Currently looking forward mostly to start-up, SME, non-profit and possibly academic work.
Career goal in general is to repeat at least parts of world-changing journey experienced at Skype a couple of times in various technical roles.
